Files That Were Worked on in File Explorer or Finder Do Not Appear on the Main Window

If the files that were worked on in File Explorer or Finder do not appear on the main window of ScanSnap Home, check the following:

Have you updated the folders in ScanSnap Home?

Update the folders in ScanSnap Home in the following procedure.

When the folders in ScanSnap Home are updated, the changes you made in File Explorer or Finder are applied to ScanSnap Home.

Windows
  1. Display the main window of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. Select [View] in the menu [Update the selected folder] or [Refresh all folders].

The content data record list view in ScanSnap Home is updated.

Mac OS
  1. Display the main window of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. Select [View] in the menu bar [Refresh all folders] or [Refresh].

The content data record list view in ScanSnap Home is updated.
