The [Scan] Button and the Wi-Fi Indicator Do Not Light Up in Purple
When performing a scan with the ScanSnap by using a profile that is linked with a cloud service, if the [Scan] button and the Wi-Fi indicator do not light up in purple, check the following:
Is the ScanSnap connected to the computer via a USB cable?
Disconnect the USB cable.
Is the ScanSnap connected to ScanSnap Connect Application?
Exit ScanSnap Connect Application.
Is the network that the ScanSnap is connected to connected to the Internet?
Connect the ScanSnap to a network that can be connected to the Internet.
