The "Failed to upload the data to the cloud service." Error Is Displayed
If the "Failed to upload the data to the cloud service." error is displayed when you are using the ScanSnap, check the following.
Authentication that is required to connect the ScanSnap Cloud server to a cloud service might have expired
If there has been no access from the ScanSnap Cloud server to the cloud service for a while, authentication for the cloud service might be expired.
Open the [Edit profiles] window for a profile that you are using and specify a cloud service in which a scanned image is to be saved again.
For details, refer to Modifying the Settings for a Profile (When Using ScanSnap Cloud).
Are the restrictions of the cloud service violated?
The following items may be restricted depending on the cloud service.
Available space
The number of folders (notebooks) that can be created
The number of files (notes) that can be saved
File size
Image (document) size
The length of a file name
The number of pixels
Delete unwanted folders and files with an application supported by the cloud service that you use or a Web browser so that the amount of space to be used and the number of files are within the restrictions.
After checking that there are no problems with the amount of space and the number of files in the cloud service, click the [Retry] button to save the scanned images in the same cloud service.
Did you change the cloud service account?
If you changed the cloud service account, you need to open the [Edit profiles] window for the profile that you are using and specify a cloud service in which a scanned image is to be saved again. When doing so, log in to the cloud service with the changed account.
For details, refer to Modifying the Settings for a Profile (When Using ScanSnap Cloud).
After setting the cloud service over again, click the [Retry] button to save the scanned images in the same cloud service.
For details about the error code shown in the message, refer to the following:
Note that the only cloud services that can be used are the ones that are displayed on the window for selecting cloud services.
