Authentication for a Cloud Service Fails (Windows)
If authentication for a cloud service fails while the ScanSnap is in use, check the following:
Is the cloud service site added in [Compatibility View Settings] of Internet Explorer?
Check [Compatibility View Settings] in Internet Explorer in the following procedure, and if the cloud service site is added, delete it.
Start up Internet Explorer.
From the menu bar of Internet Explorer, select [Tools] → [Compatibility View Settings].
Check whether the cloud service site is displayed in [Added Website in compatibility view].
If the cloud service site is displayed, delete it.
Are you using Internet Explorer that is not supported by the cloud service?
Update Internet Explorer to the latest version.
