A Message Indicating That Your ScanSnap Cloud Account Must Be Migrated to a ScanSnap Account Is Displayed (ScanSnap Home 2.9 or Earlier)

If you have used ScanSnap Cloud before installing ScanSnap Home, you must migrate your ScanSnap Cloud account to a ScanSnap account.

Migrate your ScanSnap Cloud account to a ScanSnap account in the following procedure, and activate a license with the ScanSnap account.

  1. Migrate your ScanSnap Cloud account to a ScanSnap account.

    1. Click the [Convert an account] button in the message window that appears to display the ScanSnap account management page.

    2. Enter an e-mail address and a password for your ScanSnap Cloud account and click the [Sign in] button.

      Follow the instructions on the window to migrate to a ScanSnap account.

  2. Sign in by entering a ScanSnap account e-mail address and a password that you migrated in the fields under [Sign in with a ScanSnap account. (recommended)] in the [Account] tab on the preferences window of ScanSnap.

  1. Migrate your ScanSnap Cloud account to a ScanSnap account.
