For Windows 11

Select [Start] menu → [All apps] → [Control Panel] under [Windows Tools] → [Programs and Features] under [Programs].

For Windows 10

Select [Start] menu → [Control Panel] under [Windows System] → [Programs and Features] under [Programs].
