Saving a Scanned Image in Another Cloud Service (When Using ScanSnap Cloud)

When the document type for the scanned document is detected incorrectly, if you change the document type for the content data record, it is saved in your intended cloud service.

Windows

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. Click Cloud, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button in the upper left of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
  3. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image which you want to save in another cloud service.
  4. Select [Change document type] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record, and display the window for selecting a document type.
  5. Select the same document type as the scanned document, and then click the [Save] button.

The image is saved in the cloud service which is set for the selected document type.

Mac OS

  1. Display the Main Window (When Using ScanSnap Cloud) of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. Click Cloud, which is displayed next to the [Scan] button in the upper left of the main window, in order to switch the view of the main window.
  3. In the Content Data Record List View (When Using ScanSnap Cloud), select a content data record with an image which you want to save in another cloud service.
  4. Select [Change document type] in the menu that appears when you click the content data record while holding down the [control] key on the keyboard, and display the window for selecting a document type.
  5. Select the same document type as the scanned document, and then click the [Save] button.

The image is saved in the cloud service which is set for the selected document type.
