Selecting a Cloud Storage Service
The ScanSnap Cloud service automatically sorts images into the following four document types and saves them in cloud storage services:
Documents
Business cards
Receipts
Photos
You can use the ScanSnap Cloud service to save these four document types of images in one of the following ways:
Allocating each document type of images to a cloud storage service to save them
Allocating each document type of images to a separate folder in the same cloud storage service to save them
Saving all the images in the same folder in the same cloud storage service
When you allocate each document type of images to a cloud storage service or a folder to save them, select [Save by document type].
When you save all the images in the same folder in the same cloud storage service, select [Always save to same service].
