Changing the File Naming Rule for an Image

Modify the format of a file name that is automatically applied to an image on the ScanSnap Cloud application. When the document type is [Documents], [Business cards], or [Receipts], a file name can be automatically created by specifying the items to be extracted from the document.
  1. Tap Navigation Menu on the main screen.

    A navigation bar appears.

  2. Tap [Settings].

    The [Settings] screen appears.

  3. Tap [Scan settings].

    The [Scan settings] screen appears.

  4. Tap the document type to be modified.

    The [Scan settings] screen for the selected document type appears.

  5. Tap [File naming rule].

    The [File naming rule] screen appears.

  6. Change the setting for the file naming rule as needed.
