Uploading Photo Images to a Cloud Storage Service

A photo image of a document that was taken with the ScanSnap Cloud application's camera function is uploaded to the ScanSnap Cloud service first and then to the selected cloud storage service.
  1. Upload the image by one of the following methods:
    • Tap [Send] in the lower right of the photo-taking mode screen.

    • Tap [Send] at the bottom of the [List of Photos] screen.

The photo image is uploaded to the ScanSnap Cloud service first. Then, the photo image is saved to the selected cloud storage service that is specified as a storage in the ScanSnap Cloud service.

ATTENTION

The photo image is deleted from the mobile device after it is sent to the ScanSnap Cloud service.

HINT
  • Upload images under a stable network environment, and do not exit the ScanSnap Cloud application's camera function while uploading images.

  • If you take a photo and send it by tapping [Send] without connecting to a network, the image is uploaded the next time the ScanSnap Cloud application's camera function is started with the device connected to a network.

  • On the main screen of the ScanSnap Cloud application, the files to be uploaded are shown on [Wait to send] in the history list.

[Wait to send] or [Sending] is shown depending on the status.

  • Images are kept for two weeks as history in the ScanSnap Cloud service.
