Search Method

You can search keywords that are used in the ScanSnap Advanced Operation Guide.

Enter keywords, and then click the [Search] button.

The search results are displayed in another window.

AND search
Only the pages containing all the entered keywords are searched for. You do not need to enter "AND" between keywords.
Perfect match search
When the entered keywords are enclosed in double quotation marks, the pages containing all the keywords as a phrase are searched for.

Example: "ScanSnap Manager"

JavaScript

Some functions of this manual use JavaScript. Enable JavaScript when using this manual.

When JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the following functions cannot be used.

  • Search
  • Print
  • Collapsing the contents

Alternative methods to be used when JavaScript cannot be enabled

How to Configure JavaScript

JavaScript can be enabled in the following procedures.

  1. Perform the following operations to open the [Internet Options] window.
    • Internet Explorer 11

      From the menu, which appears when you click Menu at the upper right on the Internet Explorer window, select [Internet Options].

  2. Click the [Security] tab.
  3. Select [Internet] and click the [Custom Level] button.
    • The [Security Settings - Internet Zone] (for Internet Explorer 6, [Security Settings]) window appears.
  4. Enable the following items under [Scripting].
    • Scripting of Java applets
    • Active scripting
  5. Click the [OK] button.
    • A confirmation message appears.
  6. Click the [OK] button to close the [Internet Options] window.
