Files Cannot Be Saved to the Files App.
- Cause
The issue may be caused by the following:
[Save to the Files application] is not set to on (in the [File format] from [Profile] in ScanSnap Connect Application)
The [Files] application has been uninstalled from the mobile device
- Solution
Perform the following:
Set [Save to the Files app] to on (in the [File format] from [Profile] in ScanSnap Connect Application)
Install the [Files] application again.
