Files Cannot Be Saved to the Files App.

Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:

  • [Save to the Files application] is not set to on (in the [File format] from [Profile] in ScanSnap Connect Application)

  • The [Files] application has been uninstalled from the mobile device

Solution

Perform the following:

  • Set [Save to the Files app] to on (in the [File format] from [Profile] in ScanSnap Connect Application)

  • Install the [Files] application again.
