The name of the file specified in this device already exists in the cloud service. Select the file you want to keep on both sides.

Cause

When synchronization starts, the same file name exists on both the mobile device and the cloud service.

Solution

To download a file from the cloud service, tap the [Files on cloud server] button. The file on the mobile device is overwritten with the file from the cloud service.

To upload a file from the mobile device, tap the [Files on this device] button. The file on the cloud service is overwritten with the file from the mobile device.

To check the data on the cloud service, tap the [Do not sync now] button and then check them. Then start the syncing process again.

Rename one of the files before starting the syncing process to keep the files on both the mobile device and the cloud service.

The syncing process will be resumed when the application is restarted or the file list is refreshed.
