The issue may be caused by the following:
Failed to communicate with iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100.
The remaining battery power for iX100 ran out.
- Solution
Perform the following:
After checking that iX1600, iX1500, iX1300, iX500, or iX100 is connected to the same network, try again.
Charge iX100, and reconnect it.
