Changing the File Name (From the [Preview] Screen)
On the [Preview] screen, you can change the name of the received file or the downloaded file.
Change the file name in the following procedure.

Tap the file that you want to rename in the [File List] screen or do the same thing in the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.
The [Preview] screen appears.

Tap near the center of the [Preview] screen.
A navigation bar appears at the top and a tool bar appears at the bottom of the screen.

Tap
on the tool bar.
The [Rename] screen appears.

Specify a file name within 80 characters, and then tap the [OK] button.
The file name is changed.
HINTA character with a symbol such as a Germanic umlaut or an Italian grave accent is counted as two characters. Examples are as follows:

ATTENTION
Do not close the application while renaming the file. Doing so may slow down the next startup because the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on takes time to reload.
