Establishing a Connection with the ScanSnap Fails.

Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:

  1. Is the ScanSnap turned off?

  2. Is the ScanSnap used by other devices?

  3. Is [Stable Wi-Fi scanning] or [Avoid poor connections] enabled in the Wi-Fi advanced settings?

Solution

Check the following items:

  1. Turn on the ScanSnap.

  2. When the ScanSnap is used by other devices, connect to the ScanSnap after the other devices have finished using the ScanSnap.

  3. When [Stable Wi-Fi scanning] or [Avoid poor connections] is enabled in the Wi-Fi advanced settings

    Disable the setting and try again.
