Preview of the File Cannot Be Displayed.

Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:

  • There is not enough memory in the mobile device.

  • The resolution of the scanned image is high.

  • A PDF file that cannot be displayed in ScanSnap Connect Application is selected.

Solution

Perform the following:

  • Exit other applications running in the background with the multitasking feature (which allows multiple applications to run at the same time), or restart the mobile device.

  • If the resolution of the scanned image is high, specify a lower resolution in ScanSnap Manager on the computer, and scan the document again.

  • If a particular version is set for [Can be Opened by] in Adobe Acrobat, either specify an earlier version than the version that is set or change the setting to allow all versions.
