Migrating Files to Another Cloud Service

When you change the cloud service that is used with the ScanSnap Sync function, you need to migrate files to a new cloud service in the follow procedure.
ATTENTION
  • To migrate files to another cloud service, an Internet connection must be established.

  • To migrate folders that are managed in ScanSnap Organizer and files that have not been downloaded to a mobile device, use ScanSnap Organizer to migrate them.

    For details, refer to the ScanSnap Organizer Help.

  1. Download files to be migrated from a cloud service.
  2. Tap Settings Button on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    The [Settings] screen appears.

    ATTENTION

    If you stop the synchronization with the cloud service, you will not be able to view any files in a synchronized state that are not yet downloaded or folders that are managed with ScanSnap Organizer.

  3. Tap [ScanSnap Sync Setting] in the [Settings] screen.

    The [ScanSnap Sync Setting] screen appears.

  4. Tap the [Disconnect] button for a cloud service name that is synced.

    A confirmation message appears.

  5. Read the confirmation message and tap the [Disconnect] button to stop the sync with a cloud service.

    The sync with a cloud service is stopped.

    ATTENTION

    If communication with the synced cloud service is in progress, a message appears.

    To stop the communication and the sync, tap the [Discontinue] button.

  6. On the [File List] screen, tap Settings Button.

    The [Settings] screen appears.

  7. Tap [ScanSnap Sync Setting] in the [Settings] screen.

    The [ScanSnap Sync Setting] screen appears.

  8. Tap the [Connect] button for [Services].

    The [Cloud services] screen appears.

  9. Tap the name of a cloud service that you migrate files to.

    The authentication screen for the selected cloud service appears.

  10. Perform the authentication by following the instructions on the screen.

    After the authentication is completed successfully, the synchronization with the cloud service starts and a message appears, confirming whether or not to upload files that exist on the [File List] screen to the cloud service.

  11. Tap the [Start] button.

    All files are uploaded to the cloud service and migration is complete.

    HINT

    If a file with the same name already exists in the cloud service, a message asking which file you want to save appears.

    Tap the button for the file that you want to save.
