Paper jammed or the maximum scannable length has been exceeded. Open the ADF top section and remove the document.
- Cause
The issue may be caused by the following:
Paper jam occurred inside iX1600, iX1500, or iX1300.
You tried to scan a document that is too long.
- Solution
Perform the following:
Open the ADF top section of iX1600, iX1500, or iX1300 to remove the document remaining in the ADF.
For iX1600 or iX1500, you cannot scan a document longer than the following long page documents by using the ScanSnap Connect Application.
Simplex scan: 1,726 mm (68 in.)
Duplex scan: 863 mm (34 in.)
When you scan a document longer than long page documents, use ScanSnap Home on the computer to perform a scan.
For iX1300, you cannot scan a document longer than the following long page documents by using the ScanSnap Connect Application.
Simplex scan: 1,117 mm (44 in.)
Duplex scan: 863 mm (34 in.)
