Paper jam occurred. Open the ADF top section and remove the document.
- Cause
The issue may be caused by the following:
Paper jam occurred inside iX1300 or iX500.
You tried to scan a long page document (a document longer than the standard size).
- Solution
Perform the following:
Open the ADF top section of iX1300 or iX500 to remove the document remaining in the ADF.
You cannot scan a long page document with ScanSnap Connect Application.
If you use ScanSnap Manager on your computer, scan a long page document with ScanSnap Manager. You can receive the file or download the file to your mobile device in the following procedure.
Use Scan to Mobile to receive the file
Use the ScanSnap Sync function to download the file that is saved in ScanSnap Organizer
