Importing PDF Files (Android 11 or Later)
If migrating PDF files fails, import the PDF files to the new save destination in the following procedure.

Perform one of the following in the [File List] screen or do the same thing in the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on:
Tap
Press the menu button on the hardware
A menu appears at the top or bottom of the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

Tap [Preferences].
The [Preferences] screen for setting the ScanSnap Connect Application preferences appears.

Tap [Import PDF] under [File Management].
The screen for selecting files appears.

Select the PDF files that you want to import.
HINT
If you want to import multiple PDF files at a time, press and hold on a file to select the file, then tap on other files to select them.
After that, tap [Select] in the upper right of the screen.
After you import PDF files, the PDF files in the original folder will not be deleted.
If you want to delete the PDF files from the original folder, use a file management application.
ATTENTIONJPEG files and folders in which multiple JPEG files are saved cannot be imported.
Use a file management application to change the save destination for JPEG files and folders in which multiple JPEG files are saved. When you refresh the file list after files are moved, the files that have been moved are displayed in the [File List] screen.
To refresh the file list, tap [Refresh] under [File Management] in the [Preferences] screen.
The selected PDF files are imported.
The imported PDF files are displayed in the [File List] screen.
HINTIf the files are not displayed in the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on, refresh the file list by tapping [Refresh] under [File Management] in the [Preferences] screen.
