Changing the Folder Name

The name of a folder that is shown on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on can be changed.

Change the folder name in the following procedure.

  1. Touch and hold the folder that you want to rename in the [File] screen or do the same thing in the folder screen.

  2. Tap [Rename].

    The [Rename] screen appears.

  3. Specify a folder name within 80 characters, and then tap the [OK] button.

    The folder name is changed.

ATTENTION

  • The folder name can be changed only when an Internet connection is established with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

  • The name of the [Files] screen cannot be changed.

  • Do not close the application while renaming the folder. Doing so may slow down the next startup because the [Files] screen takes time to reload.
