Failed to save to cloud service
- Cause
-
A scanned image could not be saved in a cloud storage service.
The issue may be caused by the following:
The scanned image exceeds the restrictions of the cloud storage service.
The following items may be restricted depending on the cloud storage service.
Available space
The number of folders (notebooks) that can be created
The number of files (notes) that can be saved
File size
Image or document size
The length of a file name
The number of pixels
The account for a cloud storage service has expired.
The account for a cloud storage service has changed.
Accounts for cloud storage services are linked with the account for the ScanSnap Cloud service. If the account for a cloud storage service has changed, the ScanSnap Cloud service cannot access the cloud storage service, and saving a scanned image fails.
- Solution
-
When a scanned image exceeds the restrictions of the cloud storage service
Remove unwanted folders and files on the application supported by the cloud storage service so that the amount of space to be used and the number of files are within the restrictions.
When an account for a cloud storage service has expired
Set the account for the cloud storage service again, and set the account in the ScanSnap Cloud application. Otherwise, specify another cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application.
When an account for a cloud storage service has changed
Check whether or not you can log into the account on an application supported by the cloud storage service or on a web browser.
Set up the cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application again. When doing so, log into the cloud storage service with the changed account.
HINTBy clicking the [Retry] button, you can save the image data to the same cloud storage service.
