If the communication with ScanSnap Manager has priority, the [Scan] button lights up in blue after the ScanSnap is powered on and the color is not changed to purple.

You can prioritize the communication with ScanSnap Cloud service in the following procedure:

• Right-click the ScanSnap Manager icon and click [ScanSnap Cloud] on the right-click menu that appears in order to show the check mark

Clicking [ScanSnap Cloud] that has the check mark clears the check mark and the communication with ScanSnap Manager is prioritized.
