Adding a ScanSnap Model

You can register multiple ScanSnap models with a single ScanSnap Cloud service account to use the service.
  1. From the menu bar, click [ScanSnap Cloud] [Preferences].

    The ScanSnap Cloud settings window appears.

  2. Click the [Adding] button in the [Scanner] tab.

    A message appears, prompting you to connect the ScanSnap to a computer with a USB cable.

  3. Connect the ScanSnap to a computer with a USB cable.
  4. Click the [Next] button.

    A window to enter a password for the ScanSnap Cloud service appears.

  5. Enter your account password for the ScanSnap Cloud service.
  6. Click the [Authenticate] button.

    Follow the instructions on the window to complete the subsequent setting process.

    When the setting process is complete, the ScanSnap is added.
