Deleting an Account for the ScanSnap Cloud Service

To stop using the ScanSnap Cloud service, delete the account of the ScanSnap Cloud service.
ATTENTION

  • Deleting the account deletes all scan histories of ScanSnap Cloud.

  • Scanned images that are saved in cloud storage services are not deleted.

  1. From the menu bar, click [ScanSnap Cloud] → [Account Settings].

    The [Account information] window appears.

  2. Click the [Delete account] button.

    A window to enter a password for the ScanSnap Cloud service appears.

  3. Enter your account password for the ScanSnap Cloud service.
  4. Click the [Authenticate] button.

    A confirmation message appears.

  5. Click the [Delete account] button.

    The account for the ScanSnap Cloud service is deleted.
