The [Scan] Button Does Not Flash in Purple

If the [Scan] button does not flash in purple during the ScanSnap Cloud application setup, even if the power is turned on while the WPS button is being pressed, perform the following procedure:
  1. Turn the ScanSnap off and then turn it back on while pressing the WPS button.

  2. If the [Scan] button still does not flash in purple, the power cable may not be connected correctly. Be sure to connect the power cable to the power connector on the ScanSnap and the AC outlet correctly.
