For your ScanSnap model, you cannot set up the ScanSnap Cloud application on a mobile device.

Solution

You need to set up the ScanSnap Cloud application on a computer.

Set up the ScanSnap Cloud application following one of the ways below.

  • When ScanSnap Home is used on the computer

    In ScanSnap Home, configure the settings to make ScanSnap Cloud available.

    After configuring the settings in ScanSnap Home, you can also use the application installed on a mobile device to use the ScanSnap Cloud service and to change the settings.

  • When ScanSnap Home is not used on the computer

    Install the ScanSnap Cloud application for computers on your computer and then perform a setup.

    After performing a setup on your computer, you can also use the application installed on a mobile device to use the ScanSnap Cloud service and to change the settings.
