Vertical Streaks Appear in the Image
Causes and solutions for when vertical streaks (such as red, blue, yellow, green, black, and white) appear in the image when using ScanSnap to scan a document are explained below.
- Cause
The rollers or glass inside the ScanSnap may be dirty.
- Solution

Clean the inside of the ScanSnap.

In the [Scan settings] screen, set [Streak reduction] to on to reduce vertical streaks through image processing.
