Failed to Change the File Name

The issue may be caused by the following:
The file name was changed in a cloud storage service.
The folder name was changed in a cloud storage service or the file was moved to another folder.
The account for a cloud storage service has expired.
The account for a cloud storage service has changed.

When the file name was changed in a cloud storage service
The file name has already been changed, so no action is required.
When the folder name was changed in a cloud storage service or the file was moved to another folder
Set a folder to be used in the ScanSnap Cloud application again.
When an account for a cloud storage service has expired
Set the account for the cloud storage service again, and set the cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application.
When an account for a cloud storage service has changed
Set up the cloud storage service in the ScanSnap Cloud application again. When doing so, log into the cloud storage service with the changed account.
