Tapping the Camera Button Does Not Enter Photo-taking Mode

The photo-taking mode may not be enabled because your mobile device is set to deny access to the camera.
- Solution

Allow access to the camera as follows.
On the mobile device, tap [Settings] → [Apps] → [ScanSnap Cloud] → [Permissions].
Set [Camera] to on.
