24-hour,7-days On-Site Support

Round-the-clock support gives users the peace of mind they deserve. After hours and on holidays the After-Hours Center takes customer calls and assigns local customer engineers to provide on-site support.

User Information, Technical Information, And Parts Information Management Sys

The PFU online management system connects service sites throughout Japan. This system manages individual users and provides customer engineers with technical information to ensure high-quality service. PFU has a range of systems for detailed management, including its parts management system to ensure that maintenance parts are available when and where they are needed.

Education Center

To offer high-quality services and incorporate the latest technologies, technical training for customer engineers is essential. PFU has special in-company facilities for training customer engineers. PFU customer engineers in all areas of Japan are trained in such facilities,which provide the backbone support for PFU's consistent high-quality services.

Help Desk Center

Special engineers at the Help Desk Center receive calls from customers and identify hardware and software failures. The PFU Help Desk Center takes customer calls on behalf of manufacturers and vendors.

Courier Service Center

The Courier Service Center provides warranty repairs on behalf of manufacturers and vendors. The center handles everything: a user need only make a call. Our staff will pick up the machine, repair it, then return it to the customer. PFU Courier services are dedicated to providing customer satisfaction at a reasonable price.

Incoming Inspection Center

Product quality is directly proportional to the cost of after care. This quality is carefully scrutinized, especially by company users who buy in lots. PFU's Incoming Inspection Center gives computer manufacturers a cost-effective way to minimize the risk of trouble after delivery. The Incoming Inspection Center not only checks product quality but also responds to detailed requests, including changes in device configurations and the procurement of devices.

Software Installation Center

The Software Installation Center installs basic operating systems, user applications and other software for individual users. The center offers services that meet user requests. In combination with the incoming inspection service, high quality service is offered at a low cost.
