• The right half of the page becomes black.
• Rack2-Filer Smart for Android stops responding.

The problems above are caused by one of the following operations, each of which include image size enlarging or reducing operation, on the Viewer or Memo window.

• Pinch-in or pinch-out an image on the Viewer or Memo window
• Double-tap on the Viewer or Memo window repeatedly
• Enlarged an image on the Viewer window, display the Memo window.
• Enlarged an image on the Viewer window, move a page.

Even if the application stops responding, the data will be saved without problems.

• Moving a page may return the right half of the page which became black to the normal.
• Restart the application when the black page is not fixed by moving a page or when the application stops responding.
  

  Note: Be sure to remove Rack2-Filer Smart from recent applications in order to quit the application completely before restarting it.

Update the OS version to Android 7.1.1 or later.

This problem does not occur with Android 7.1.1 or later.
