By uploading the binder data to cloud storage, the binder data can be viewed by using another PC or a tablet and smartphone.
To view the binders on the cloud storage using other computers, Rack2-Filer Smart must be installed on them.
To view the binders on the cloud storage using a mobile device, the following application is required.
- iPad/iPhone/iPod touch
You need to download "Rack2-Filer Smart for iOS" from App Store and install it on the mobile device.
- Android phones
You need to download "Rack2-Filer Smart for Android" from Google Play and install it on the mobile device.
When you view the binder, the binder data is downloaded from the cloud storage and saved on a tablet and smartphone. Once the data is downloaded, it can be viewed even if network connection is not available.
On a tablet and smartphone, easy annotations (highlights or page memos) can be added to the downloaded binder. Note that easy annotations that are added to the downloaded binder cannot be applied to the original computer.
SugarSync or Dropbox can be used for cloud storage. For details about the operating instructions, refer to the following documents:
Note: Do not synchronize the Rack2-Filer Smart data with a cloud storage client application.
