Q What scanner model is supported by Rack2-Filer Smart?

The supported scanners are the following ScanSnap models.

  • SV600 (V1.0L20 or later)
  • iX500
  • iX100
  • S1500
  • S1300i
  • S1300
  • S1100i
  • S1100

Documents cannot be imported directly from the devices other than ScanSnap described above, such as fi-Series color image scanner, other company's scanner, and All-in-One machine.
Make sure to save documents as files such as PDFs before importing them.
