Q1 | How many binders worth of electronic data can I import into Rack2-Filer? |
A1 | Rack2-Filer can save up to 6 libraries (20 cabinets per library and 21 binders per cabinet). In other words, the equivallent of 2,520 binders worth of information (6x20x21) can be imported into Rack2-Filer. Each binder has the capacity to store 500 pages (1000 images) of digital information. |
Q2 | Can I view all of the binders that are stored in a cabinet at once? |
A2 | Yes you can. Switch the cabinet display mode to "3-Shelf" to display all of the binders that are stored in a cabinet. |
Q3 | Can I change the number of libraries, cabinets, and binders that information is stored in? |
A3 | Yes you can. You can increase the capacity of your Rack2-Filer to a maximum of 6 libraries, where each library can contain up to 20 cabinets. Each cabinet can hold up to 21 binders. |
Q4 | Can I change the order in which binders are displayed? |
A4 | Yes you can. You can move binders between libraries and / or cabinets and you can change the way binders are arranged within a cabinet. Furthermore, you can set Rack2-Filer to arrange binders in a cabinet in an order that depends upon the last time they were accessed. |
Q5 | How can I move an image from the Temporary binder to another binder? |
A5 | You can move images by using the Clipboard. Refer to the User's Guide for more details. |
